A cottage 'On The Rock'

The cottage is situated in a beautiful place of Beskid Mały on the border of Sułkowice and Targanice, in the valley of Targaniczanka. The wonderful surroundings of The National Park offer very attractive ways of spending free time. The tranquility of the countryside enables turists to relax and encourages them to have a leisurely stroll. There are also very well prepared tracks for those turists who love hiking or riding a bike. From Targanice it is possible to reach such places as Jawornica, Potrójna, Groń Jana Pawła II and Złota Góra. There is also a Mountain Pass of Kocierz where you can find a hotel with a swimming pool and tennis courts. The cottage 'On The Rock' is situated near the most popular and attractive places of Poland such as Kraków (60)km, Oświęcim (30km) - where you can visit the Museum of Auschwitz-Birkenau, Wieliczka (70km) - with a very popular salt-mine, Wadowice (10km) - a town where the Pope Jan Paweł II (John Paul II) was born and Żywiec (15km) which is famous for the most popular brewery in Poland. Four kilometers from Targanice there is a stable where you can ride a horse. In winter tourists can ski - the nearest ski-lifts are located in Rzyki (7km), Szczyrk (40km) and Korbielów (40km). Another attraction are car races which take place on the road between Targanice and Żywiec. The Valley of Żywiec is famous for its reservoir which consists of three lakes and the power station which is situated on the mountain called Żar. The lakes also offer facilities for swimming, windsurfing and sailing. Those tourists who love gliding and paragliding will be interested in reaching the mountain called Żar where the training center of those sports is situated. You can reach the mountain on foot or by car.

The cottage 'On The Rock' is situated on a hill surrounded by trees, mountains and meadows. This modern cottage, built in 2003, is located on 800 square meters and is available throughout the whole year as it is heated up with electricity and a fireplace. The two-storied cottage is for five people. There are three rooms with modern and useful equipments: the living room on the ground floor has got a double sofa, fireplace, TV, radio and a terrace (16 square meters). There is also a kitchen, shower, seperate WC and a sauna. On the first floor there are two rooms with balconies.
In addition....
The area of 800 square metres (with a fence), parking for five cars, private water intake from the forest spring, a concrete cellar, a camp fire, grill, garden furniture and a place for smoking the fish. The owner lives on the same estate. Fishing in the owner’s pond is possible for extra payments.
